The next morning, the otherneighboring restaurant, a Bruegger's Bagels, issued an apology for opening late due to the incident. They weren't very impressed, but offered coupons once they reopened.

Since the incident, Pittsburgh Public Safety has been asked on Twitter whether the man would be getting a second date. They replied, "That is something that we do not know."
