Stricter rules for China’s courier industry that stipulate that delivery workers are innocent sex videosbanned from putting parcels in end-of-service facilities without user consent have fueled riders’ anger as they claim the new measures will lengthen their work hours. According to local media outlets, major express delivery firms JD Express, Cainiao, and SF Express have all claimed that on-site delivery is one of their standard services in response to the new rules, while logistics companies with relatively slow timelines such as STO Express and ZTO Express noted they would strictly implement the relevant regulations.
