Lena Dunham posted a nude selfie on Nanda van BergenInstagram this week, but according to one very adept mansplainer, she was doing it all wrong.

But, one guy decided to chime in with his thoughts on her pose, informing Dunham that she wasn't cupping her boobs correctly.

The Insta user told Dunham that the apparent correct technique for nude selfies is actually to "hold the boobs up over the arm" in an effort to enhance the cleavage. Um, what?
