World of Warcraft is full of secrets, bubble people eroticism and one of the game's latest puzzles took a group of clever players two entire weeks to complete, earning them some pretty awesome mounts for their troubles.

The latest WoWpatch for the Legionexpansion that introduced a brand new raid on March 28 also included a convoluted easter egg hunt that had players scouring the world of Azeroth looking for tiny pieces of paper. Each one gave a very vague clue to the next one's location. Eventually, the players made their way to the finish line and were awarded with very cool flying mounts called the Riddler's Mind-Worm.

One of the players involved in the hunt gave a helpful walkthrough on Imgur of how the team solved the puzzle, including a look at their well-earned mount:

How to get Riddler's Mind-Worm

The hunt began in Dalaran, where the first page sits innocuously on a bookshelf in the Legerdemain Lounge. Right-clicking the page gives you its page number and a clue for where the next page is.

According to the Imgur user Nightswifty, you have to read the pages in order or else they won't appear in the world.

The extremely vague clues, such as "... of sea, spirit and self..." and "... the wind, the eye..." don't offer much information. The page numbers on each page refer to the real-life book, World of Warcraft: Chronicle Volume 1, which gives more context to the clues written on the in-game pages.

That didn't make it too easy though, considering the players could only pinpoint rough guesses of locations and had to spend a lot of time covering every inch of suspected zones in order to find the tiny pages.

Nightswifty noted that this journey was a team effort, giving credit to the World of Warcraftsecret-finding Discord channel.

After the puzzle was solved, World of Warcraftdesigner Jeremy Feasel tweeted out a picture of the infamous Batman villain, The Riddler, with the ominous message: "Until next time."

The Riddler connection refers to the name of the mount, Riddler's Mind-Worm, which the successful hunters will no-doubt fly around on with pride for a very long time.
