Following public outrage and TV Series | TV Series free | TV Series latest 2022immense pressure, Trump finally signed an executive order on Tuesday to stop the separation of migrant families crossing the U.S. border.
But don't let Trump's executive order fool you. For one, it hasn't fooled Stephen Colbert.

"Our long national nightmare ... is different," said Colbert. "Because after weeks of tearing families apart at the border and then falsely insisting that only Congress could solve the problem, this afternoon, the president looked deep into his heart and realized it was not there."
"Yes, however you slice it, Donald Trump has changed his mind, and decided to keep families together. And just in time too, Melania was about to turn herself in at the border."
Colbert took a moment to point out that Trump had insisted to reporters that his own separation policy could not be changed by an executive order. Yet here he was, signing an executive order to do just that.
Remember, this executive order simply halts the process of separating migrant parents and children at the border — it details absolutely no plans to reunite more than 2,000 children with their families.
Plus, the executive order maintains that while families will no longer be separated at the border, they could possibly be detained together indefinitely.
At the end of the segment, Colbert threw Trump's own words back at him.
"You're going to have a lot of very happy people," Trump said while signing the order.
"Happy people?” said Colbert. “Wait, are you signing your resignation?”
